Egmondville United Church
Come as you are.... perfect people not welcome!
Our Mission Statement:
We share the unconditional love of Jesus Christ
with people of all ages in places near and places far away.

Sunday Mornings at EUC

Join us on Sundays at Egmondville United Church for a time of worship and fellowship as we journey together exploring our faith in Jesus Christ.

Sunday morning worship begins at 10:30

Our Sunday morning experience balances a taste of tradition with contemporary thought and modern technology. The Sunday morning theme helps us incorporate time-honoured scripture texts into the good and not so good of life today in the 21st century. Casual dress is the norm on Sunday mornings at Egmondville United Church, but if you enjoy getting dressed in your ‘Sunday Best’, then please feel free to do so.

Children are welcome and encouraged to take part in all aspects of our family of faith. Sunday School (grades Kindergarten – 8) happens at 10:30 a.m. following children’s time in the worship service. (from January to May… a few exceptions apply.) Junior Church (toddlers- Kindergarten age) is provided within the same time frame.

For those children who wish to remain in the pews with their family for the entire service, quiet bags are provided to help amuse and entertain. A quiet room equipped with a rocking chair, a few toys and an audio feed from the service is also available for use by parents and children. An Adult Bible Study is open to anyone interested in exploring the weekly scripture text in depth and begins at 9:45 am in the vestry.

Making everyone feel welcome is important to us. Some people who join us are sensitive to certain odours, so we encourage a scent free atmosphere. For those with hearing impairments, we provide hearing assist devices. An elevator allows those with physical limitations to easily access all levels of our church building. All hymns and responsive prayers are projected in large print via our projection system. Large print hymnbooks are also available for those with sight limitations.

A time of coffee and fellowship follows every Sunday morning worship experience. We invite you to join us and get to know the people of Egmondville United Church. We’ve been told we’re very friendly!
